On this web site you will find some more information on the use of Spybot, Malwarebytes AntiMalware and data retrieval after you have done an operating system (O/S) reload.

Please go home and click on the Support tab on the left. You will need to register, but that's just your email address and password - no other requirements. You will then gain access to support information.

By the way, we have dropped support for LavaSoft Ad-Aware and replaced it with Malwarebytes AntiMalware which we find superior to the other.
