CUSA techs or designated CUSA techs are referred to as our techs or CUSA techs.
For a period of one year after the purchase or repair of your computer. The date of your invoice or sales receipt will determine the starting date and verify CUSA performed all the work, we will fix the software even if it was your fault, or the fault of some rogue or invited program.
CUSA will repair or reinstall failed or corrupted:
Microsoft Windows operating systems
Microsoft applications
Internet Explorer
CUSA Defender Suite
Internet Security
Some restrictions apply: This is a one time service. Multiple repeats of failed or corrupted software is not covered. Physical damage to the computer's hard drive from abuse, heat, electrical failure, terrorism, and acts of God are not covered. We do not guarentee the safe recovery of your data. Data backup and security are your responsibility, even if you ask us to do it.
