CUSA will apply all minutes on a one-time use only as evidenced by one invoice. You may have more than one job running concurrently, for example, 2 or more computers being repaird on one invoice. You have prepaid for IT Support on any computer, network or system you own, designate or authorize. Prepaid IT Support minutes must be used all at once and are valid from the purchase date up to 2 years. IT Support for a non-Microsoft software product is deemed to be at customer's own risk and CUSA assumes no risk or responsibility for its operation. CUSA is not responsible for customer's data loss, even if customer requested backups of said data. Broadband (Cable, DSL or Satellite) Internet connection at the location is recommended. IT Support does not cover the cost of new, refurbished or used hardware utilized in repairs. IT Support includes service on non-Microsoft software, hardware drivers and related products. No Refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation or non use of this plan. This agreement is deemed executed in Clayton, California; which will be the jurisdiction of record. Any legal proceedings required for the enforcement of this agreement is subject to court ordered costs. When minutes are used or expired regular rates will apply thereafter. Does not include connect or service fees.
Notes: Jobs started by a remote session that need completion in our
shop or by an on site visit will be considered the same job, a continuation of the initial invoice. The appropriate time will be deducted from each shop, on site minutes, or remote minutes.
