You are charged for only the actual time it takes to fix your problem.

This is a bigger savings over carry-in or on-site service.
Terms:
The charge is $1.97 per minute after the session starts.
The session fee is $27.97.
You are charged for only the actual time it takes to fix your problem
based upon a timer that appears at the top of your screen.
(If you waited in the QUEUE we reset the timer to zero when we actually
begin the session.)

You may watch & ask questions as our highly trained techs work
We use special software that works best over Broadband, DSL or Satellite
high speed connections. Dial up service is also acceptable.
Our software connects your desktop with ours so we may repair/fix
your computer in real time.
Once we're connected we run repair programs & routines that help us diagnose
& repair the problems or correct issues.
Disclosure:
During the session we will have full and unimpeded access to all your files, data, software and settings, nothing will be private. We will be making changes to your software and settings as we deem proper to fix your problem(s). Included in our service is antivirus, anti-spy, anti-malware, anti-adware checks. After changes are made some software, especially the free Internet variety, may no longer work. Free Internet software is frequently the reason you're having difficulties and it should be removed or rendered inoperable.

Customer understands that due to the nature of software, some problems may not be able to be resolved and the customer may have to reformat and reload their computer from scratch.
